| Ladyking, the top lake in the
chain, is stocked annually with a specially bred strain of Rainbow Trout called a
triploid, known to be one of the fastest growing species of trout. Additionally , Ladyking
also benefits from a year round aeration project, ensuring optimum water quality for the
fish’s growth and insect supply. With the abundance of fresh water shrimp and aquatic
insects, the fish gain an average of ¼ pound per week during the summer months. The
acrobatic displays by Ladyking Rainbows are amazing sights to see commonly they thrust
themselves several feet into the air, revealing their splendid colors, returning to the
water in a fabulous splash, breaking the calm and silence. It is truly a magnificent
experience. Bring your camera. Ladyking is a fly fish only, single barb-less hook, and the
fish quota is limited to one Gas motors are not permitted. Row boats and electric motors
are fine, and the lake is excellent for float tubes
