Pinaus Lake, The largest in the chain, is three miles long and reaches depths of 200 feet. The lake holds a variety of Rainbow Trout strains, and yellow perch are also found. The trout reach weights of 6 pounds and the perch can be as large as 2 pounds.

The stocking program has introduced the famous fighting Kamloops Trout, Blackwater Trout, and Gerrard Trout to Pinaus. The lake is stocked annually with over 50,000 yearling Rainbow Trout. In 1997/98, 45,000 1 ½ pound Blackwater Trout were delivered. We expect  4-5 pound Blackwater Trout  to be caught in 2001 and future :))
